We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your jewellery without delay. This Shipping Policy explains our dispatch process, delivery methods, and important terms for both UK and international customers.
2. Dispatch Times

Same-Day Dispatch: We aim to dispatch orders the same working day where possible.

If your order is urgent, please contact us immediately after placing it so we can prioritise shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Methods & Estimated Times
3.1 UK & International Deliveries
We primarily use DHL Express, which typically arrives next working day after dispatch for both UK and most international destinations.
If an order is urgent or DHL is not suitable for your delivery area, we may use Royal Mail Tracked services. Delivery is usually next working day within the UK.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

4. Stock Availability & Special Orders

In some cases, you may place an order for an item that is available but not in your chosen colour or option. In these cases, we will process the order with our workshop to produce your requested variation as soon as possible.

If you see an item listed as out of stock, please contact us to enquire about the next restock date.

Popular or best-selling items are often restocked within the same week.

Less frequent items may take several weeks or months to return, depending on demand.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order online through the courier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Accidental Orders
If you have placed an order by mistake, please contact us within the same hour of placing your order. Many orders are prepared for dispatch immediately and cannot be stopped once processed.
7. Custom & Personalised Orders

For personalised jewellery (e.g., name necklaces), we will provide a design sketch for your approval before starting production.

Once approved, your order will be sent to our workshop. Production takes 1–2 weeks, followed by 1 week for shipping.

Please allow 2–3 weeks in total for personalised orders to be processed and delivered.

We recommend placing custom orders well in advance if you need them for a specific date.
8. Event & Pop-Up Collections
If we have an event or pop-up shop, you may request to collect your order in person at the event.

Collection requests must be made in advance.

Approval is not guaranteed and depends on event arrangements.
9. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
10. Liability for Delays or Losses

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for lost parcels once a courier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
