3. Our Contract with You

3.1 How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send you an order confirmation email, at which point a legally binding contract will come into existence between you and us.

3.2 If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you in writing (via email) and you will not be charged. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

  • The product being out of stock;

  • The product failing our quality control checks;

  • Unexpected limits on our resources;

  • An error in the price or description of the product; or

  • Inability to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

3.3 Your order number. We will assign an order number to your order and confirm it in your order confirmation email. Please quote this number in all correspondence relating to your order.

3.4 Delivery restrictions. We may not be able to deliver to all countries due to legal or logistical restrictions. Please refer to our Shipping page or contact us for details.


4. General Terms of Use

4.1 You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use our website or purchase from us.
4.2 You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose and to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.


5. Products & Pricing

5.1 All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
5.2 We make every effort to display our products accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect product colours.
5.3 We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product and to discontinue products at any time.


6. Orders & Payment

6.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
6.2 We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
6.3 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date payment and contact details.


7. Delivery

7.1 Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
7.2 We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will notify you as soon as possible if such delays occur.


8. Returns & Refunds

8.1 When your refund will be made. We will issue any refunds due to you as soon as possible:

  • (a) If you are exercising your statutory right to change your mind, we aim to process returns within 14 days from the date we receive the product back from you, or, if earlier, the date you provide satisfactory evidence of having sent it.

  • (b) In all other cases, your refund will be made within 14 days of the date you notify us of your decision to cancel.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

8.2 Cost of return.

  • UK Customers: We will cover the cost of return in all circumstances.

  • Customers outside the UK: We will cover the cost of return only if:

    • (a) the product is faulty or misdescribed; or

    • (b) you are ending the contract because we have informed you of an upcoming change to the product or these Terms, an error in pricing or description, a delay due to events outside our control, or you have a legal right to do so because of something we have done wrong.

In all other cases, you must pay the cost of return.

8.3 How to arrange a return. To take advantage of free returns where applicable, please contact us at info@bymeem.co.uk or via our Contact Us form for authorization and instructions.

8.4 Condition of returned products. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is worn, damaged, altered, or returned without prior authorization.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and product designs, is the property of Meem Jewellery Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.


10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, except where required by law. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
