Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, often on the same working day. For urgent orders, please contact us immediately after placing your order so we can prioritise shipment.

All UK and international deliveries are sent via DHL Express and usually arrive the next working day after dispatch. In certain cases we may use Royal Mail Tracked for urgent UK orders. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs delays, public holidays, or peak seasonal demand.

Personalised Jewellery

Custom jewellery (including name necklaces) requires additional processing time. A sketch will be provided for approval before production begins. Once approved, production takes 1–2 weeks, followed by approximately 1 week for shipping. Please allow 2–3 weeks in total for personalised orders.

UK: FREE Standard Delivery (1–2 working days)

Europe: 3–7 working days — £20

USA: 5–10 working days — £25

Hong Kong: 5–10 working days — £25

Middle East: 5–10 working days — £25

Rest of the World: up to 10 working days — £35–40

All parcels are shipped via DHL Express (≤ 1 kg). Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services.

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we are not liable for any customs delays.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Personalised or customised jewellery (including engraved and name necklaces) — cancellations are not possible after 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Earrings — for hygiene reasons.
Faulty or Damaged Items

We sincerely apologise if your jewellery arrives faulty. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Our Customer Service Team will review your case and advise on the next steps for a refund or replacement. Please note: items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or human error are not eligible for return or refund.

Any returns received that do not comply with this policy will not be processed. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method once the return has been inspected and approved.
